Reservation must be paid apart from the Congress Registration, by visiting the Registration Link (bottom of this web page).

CANCELLATION POLICY

• All cancellations of Congress registration must be sent to Alfa FCM srl PCO by e-mail to the address info@lmhi2019.org
• For cancellations received before May 31st 2019: 70% refund
• No refund on cancellations received after May 31st 2019

 IMPORTANT:

• All event payments should be finalised in Euro (EUR).
• Bank charges will be paid by the client, FIAMO will receive the total amount required for the registration without charges subtractions
• Attention: Registration will be considered only if payment has been correctly received
• In order to carry out with a correct registration, pay attention to the right form of the cause showed above
• Registration fees depend on the date your payment is received in our account and will be adjusted accordingly if the payment is not received by the relevant deadline
